Our Therapy Services

At Calming Communities Counseling & Wellness, we offer therapy for children, teens, adults, couples, and families who want to feel more connected, confident, and supported in their daily lives.

Our approach is neuro-affirming and culturally affirming, meaning we honor the unique ways every brain, body, and family works. We don’t focus on “fixing” people. We focus on understanding how your brain and relationships work so you can build the skills, connection, and confidence to thrive.

On this page, you’ll find the different therapy approaches we use—including EMDR, Sand TherapyAdlerian Therapy, Child-Centered Play Therapy, Co-Parenting Support, Autplay, Couples Therapy, and more. Each approach offers a unique path toward healing and growth, and we’ll work with you to find the one that feels like the best fit.
