Therapy Services

Support for real life, real families, and real growth.

At Calming Communities Counseling & Wellness, we offer therapy for children, teens, adults, couples, and families who want to feel more connected, confident, and supported in their daily lives.

Our approach is neuro-affirming and culturally affirming, meaning we honor the unique ways every brain, body, and family works. We don’t focus on “fixing” people. We focus on understanding how your brain and relationships work so you can build the skills, connection, and confidence to thrive.

On this page, you’ll find the different therapy approaches we use—including EMDR, Adlerian Therapy, Child-Centered Play Therapy, Parenting Support, and more. Each approach offers a unique path toward healing and growth, and we’ll work with you to find the one that feels like the best fit. Because the truth is simple: the right therapist and the right relationship matter most.Explore the therapy options below to learn more about how we can support you and your family.
