As a play therapist, I am here to help you be the parent or teacher you dreamed of being. To bring more laughing and less fighting to your most difficult moments with kids. My training and experience as a Registered Play Therapist Supervisor and Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor can provide you all the tools you need to make those dreams a reality.

I have a Master's Degree in Counseling as well as hundreds of hours of training as a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor. I also have my Registered Play Therapist Supervisor credential which required many more years of training and experience. These credentials, in addition to my years of experience working with children, families, and schools, allow me to give you the tools you need to be a calm, consistent, connected, confident parent or teacher in your child's life.

Parenting is made even harder by the fact that we simply don't have access to the neurobiology and child development research that we need to know how influence our child's well being. At Calming Communities, PLLC we teach you and your children the skills that decades of research has brought to light. Knowing how your child's brain and body develops is all it takes to get rid of the constant battles over shoes, homework, bedtime and much more.
